Upper East Coast doesn't have much places to buy snacks, food, etc. 1 Petrol kiosk at junction of Bedok South Road and Upper East Coast road. Need to take number 14/10 to go Bedok MRT station and that route is a long about one.

There's a tze cha place across the Summit and that's it. You'll need to go all the way to Bedok point or get to Siglap whereas for Eco, it's across the road or at most 300-400m stroll. Those on Upper East Coast are FH though and usually small development so if you prefer those quiet types compared to a large one, it'll be a no brainer.

Eco can't see golf course as well as the sea. That, I'm pretty sure. I'm staying 21st floor at Bedok South now and yes, I can see the sea but it's still quite a distance away. What can 5th storey buildings see?

My son said the same thing as u...In fact, this unit is meant for him, and he is not interested at all. He prefers Bedok Residences.

He also complaint about the distance to MRT.

Rental wise will be difficult in view of the number of properties there...

Chances of not buying is 75%

    Bedok Residences so chak chak....

    Must it be in Bedok?

Guess TM projects out for him even if latter plots launch. Does he have any preferred location? If convenience big factor then not many projects near mrt plus mall. Maybe the My Manhattan if want in East? Upcoming Kovan Regency....if nearer town?

Looks like you may need to plonk down more for Capitol Residence lol

I kind of agree w him, Eco is tucked away in a nice corner away from mrt tracks, yet with access to amenities within walking distance and short walk from mrt. Only hdb is on the other side of the road and behind Bedok court

    Concern about condo maintenance fees?

It looks like the MSCP is taking a 'n' shape and tower A, B and part of H is starting from 5th floor. townhouses gonna sit on 5th floor too! Wow!

Does it mean TH owners have to drive up 3 ramps to get to their 'basement cp'?

Why buy condo first? Should go for a HDB flat first. It is a Singaporean's privilege.
