I am quite shocked they have a bedroom in the basement for their TH layout. How cool is sleeping just metres away from parked car?
Haha, Siglap V is yesterday. Had to run some errands there ...Originally Posted by radha08

I actually disagree. Far East projects tends to have high ceiling and a very much smaller aircon ledge relative to other developers. But their pricing are typically insane.Originally Posted by ppty

Eco will be a sell out if price is not rip off kind.
Friends went for presentation, indicative price ard 1150 to 1250psf. Seems ok.
Repeated post.
Using Archi 3br as comparison, I agree if for own stay it has better layout cos' of wet n dry kitchen, slightly smaller balcony and a walk way leading to living rm for some privacy. Having said that, Archi has a larger a/c ledge and a extra balcony in mbr, which imo wld prefer a larger MBR built in space.Originally Posted by ppty
Eco layout for C3br is more exposed w/o the main door directly opening to the living/dining area. It also seems to have a balcony as large as the living/dining area, which I personally think is not really of much use. I also did not like the fact that it's MBR has a wardrobe behind a opened door, make it not v practical to use.
Just my 2
Bro, I am not sure if you are heading in the right direction, cos' if you are, there should not be any traffic light you need to cross. I am assuming that they have a gate at the top left tip of the project and walking from there. The red line marked the path I took. Hope this will help.Originally Posted by Kenshinto80
Better to get bedok residence based on the indicative price.Originally Posted by Xan
Lol since when 1200psf at d16 seems ok n humane
Ride at your own risk !!!
The trees in front of the landed prop will become high rise PCs.Originally Posted by bakasa2002
bakasa2002, how did you get the top view of the map?
When d19 WT at 1400psf still can sell and SH at bishan dare to launch 1700.Originally Posted by phantom_opera
When Greenwich at 1300 and foresque at 1150.
What is so impossible for a d16 at 1200?
1400psf is Soho or waterway view no one will pay so high for normal condoOriginally Posted by Xan

Far east usually don't sell cheap.
The journey will always seem longer walking under the hot sun.U may want to try this route (in purple). Might not be faster, and there's slope and stairs along the way. But its quieter, cutting thru landed houses and partially shaded by trees.
Landed properties facing the ECO will drop price.
Got it from google map, you can try. Just turn on 'Satellite' option?Originally Posted by pinkpolkadot

I am always wondering will FEO pull a stunt and give a 20% discount off for indicative of 1150-1250psf, that will be v attractive, though these will probably be the least desirable units.Originally Posted by phantom_opera
Hey bro, that's a good pt, did not realise that until chk out the GLS. It's a reserve plot that I think might not trigger but you are right, the GFR at 2.1 seems to indicate a Optima height type of condo on that plot. Thanks for pointing that out.Originally Posted by DC33_2008
Parcel A will be interesting low rise similar to Archipelago or adjacent Stratford Court w GFR 1.6. Maybe we will see UOL in action again!
Thank you!Originally Posted by bakasa2002
Chillyred bro, the purple line you have indicated is another possible route and looks walkable on the map but perhaps not in reality. I have talked about this in my earlier post on whether there will be a side gate from Eco opening to pte estate of Jalan Limau Kasturi to TM mrt.Originally Posted by Chillyred888
If you are familiar w the terrain in the area, the route you have indicated require FEO to build a stairs to access Jalan Limau Kasturi or perhaps a pathway that links to the mid of the existing stairs right next to the Eco site. The entire right edge of the project is an existing slope. I understand FEO might be retaining much of the cliff/slope to build some vertical gardens, so the slope we have today will most likely stay.
Either way, I would prefer to walk down slope or on flat ground(red route) to MRT than to be climbing up if the distance is more or less about the same, unless FEO build a escalator. :P
Oops, I promise to snap you some Beemers, Audis, Mercs the next time round They were parked on the other side, near a temp office doing presentations to prospects. One agent did risk his life to run across the road to pass me a brochure when he see me taking photos.Originally Posted by carbuncle
