    total for sale....22

    total for RENT....60

    is this what our good govt is warning people about...

    For me, 1 unit usually go through 1 agent. You mean agents are willing to market without exclusivity?

    Usu juz divide by 5: 4 units for sale, 12 units for rent. Likely to b juz TOP. Quality looks good except for the layout.

    End 2013, 2014 thousands of unit will TOP, it will be tough to rent or even to sell

    Some agent will post and list the same unit every day or every other day so that their listing will be on the 1st page.., many duplicate post/listing, even different agents marketing same unit is possible

    prop guru should follow sg car mart one ad $48 and u want to refresh pay $10....then we get a CLEARER picture ....from all THOSE SCUM agents
