Likely its a subsale unit. I remembered this project was sold out coz I was looking at it too earlier. I suspect somebody who bought in Nov 2010, just before the implementation of the SSD in Dec 2010, decided to sell. Those who bought later will probably die die not want to sell coz its still 12% SSD which works out to be a whopping $340k to the govt.

that one confirm a subsale i think...there are only 9 units available and under URA there are 10 transactions...further more, up quite a lot from those who first bought in Nov/Dec 2010. more than 0.5mil profit can cover the SSD...
wonder how much is the mthly maintenance since this is a very small development. But very exclusive and nice...
