    There's cold storage, coffee bean, toast box, DVD shop and some eateries and food court.

    I went to the show flat today and must say they are really really worth it..but the height between floor to celling is around 2.8m according to the agent.

    Not sure exactly how many units had sold..but i knows that every time when there is a unit been sold, the developer will announced it and all the agents applauded. And I saw lin ming luan and his family are there as well..

    on preview day, maybe after sold 50units, they started to announce, but no applauded

    Tot most ceilings are 2.8m, how wld it affect your decision?

    Didn't go to showflat but drove past and saw a long queue of cars trying to turn into Flora Rd.

    Wonder why My Mahattan hasn't sold out yet? Location is supposed to be very good.

    hows the pst ? 850psf? seems like these days under 1Kpsf is good buy.

    160 units sold (most from phase 1 and 2), not bad for 1st week compare to palm isles

    Are all phase 1 priced units sold out?
    160 units sold = 30%+ of total units, thats impressive.

    Check prop guru i saw something like 1.1 mil for 1800 sqft....but
