I find the finishing of this project is a little bit rough.

Example: the bathroom wall tiles in the showroom is quite badly done. Hopefully it is just the showroom becos they are rushing to complete it and not the real thing.

The cabinet doors in the bedroom looks fugly to me. Very rough.

If showroom quality is bad, you can expect the actual to be worst, but there is warranty period of 1 yr to fix thing, need not worry. Even 'reputable' developers also will have defect one, heng suay only.

It's 2 diff location and I guess Punngol and near MRT, mall, it's inevitable to for Centros to be priced higher.

Why not consider Palm Isles? Looks not bad too mah ...

The 2 bedder standard with lousy facing near 700k.
The price I quote is ph 2 price. Ph 3 think gonna be higher.
    Sigh.
I like the theme and it's early top.

Visited the showroom a few days ago. Of all the projects that I have seen, the quality of fixtures and design is the worst... a very "Ah Beng" feel to everything. Sorry to say that.

There's no phases for this, Parc Centros thread reported 410/618 sold w developer holding back a few stacks of pool facing. If they not holding that, might really sell out...
