Yah, not many options for 2 bedders below 600k. Maybe developers should tap into this market. The other one I can think of is Parc Rosewood 2 bedders, selling from 560k last time.

Hdb new bto 3 room flat is 65-68sqm which is around 700-732sqft. So for this one 646sqft without the bomb shelter, its quite livable for a small family actually.

Ironically, I think Frasers got their plot at a lower price than the koh brothers, yet the prices at Olympia is more competitive w better spacing and more comprehensive facilities. Looks like a winner!

In some ways I agree what you said, just that a flat normally wld not come w a balcony and the bedroom sizes are 'full size', whereas in a 2bc setting, the 2nd br is more like a study, albeit still livable for a young kid.

Yeah I think it is important what the 2nd bedroom is used for. As a tv room, study it is workable. I would probably not assign it to my kid or any person to sleep in on a long term basis

ya, and psf wise, this is the only one below 900 (cheapest 2bc unit @ 824 psf), even lower than most of the recent launched standard 2br

i planned to buy a 1 bedder, then changed my mind immediately after seeing the price list

I think this development has a nice landscape.

It will be better if there is a good school.

    Lightbulb

Not trying to be harsh here.

BUT in reality, for those people who are feeling unwell,

goodluck. There is NO nearby Clinic!

For those without car or car that broke down, goodluck waiting for a Taxi.

Just because the price you think it attractive and also landscape is good,

and just buy it. Long term you WILL REGRET. Of course unless you rent it out.

    No worries.
Think you very lucky, get to buy at this kinda of price and most importantly, not having this kinda joker as your neighbor.
East coast residents pls beware. Anyway I doubt he can afford there.

I think there is clinic across the road; in HDB.

A straight drive will leads to Pasir Ris polyclinic and downtown east.

Accessibility is within reach. It is not really that bad. Afterall, Singapore is an island country.

    In your DREAM yowetan.

    Straight Drive ?? LOL

You think ALL Parc Olympia residents own cars ?

Ultimately you still need to WALK FAR whether to CLINIC / SUPERMARKET !!

I think there is shuttle-bus service from the developer to assist the residents reaching out.

It is just a drive to Pasir Ris Drive 3/4 from flora drive, isnt it? It is not that complicated as you would think of.

Most probably the empty land in the middle of flora condos where hedges park showflat is will become some sort of a mixed development like The hiller or bedok residences. Now that populating the Loyang area is complete, a mixed development will guarantee human traffic for the shops.

If I'm not wrong, originally you are targeting Parc centro 1 bedder.

That's y in the end u go for Olympia 2bc?
