YES!!! new updates on the parc Olympia page!!
exterior painting has been completed for blk 56 and they are going to build the kids pool and the splash pool!!...

Maybe December can take keys liao???? what u all think???

Yippie! Keys collection this December is highly unlikely cos there remains several uncompleted areas eg. car parks etc.

Also probably collection will be in stages according to blocks as there will be rectification works of individual home units which can take some time depending on the types of rectification. But very very very near future, we can move in liao.

The pictures are last mth's pics!! gosh... hahaha

by on schedule means what?? some peeps called and asked the developer and they say that Q1 is the completion of the project , but they still need to handover to the developer and checks will be done, so by the time we get keys, it will be Q2 liao...

Can share link of website? Cos I can't find the expected date of completion of project. Seems the initial Q1 completion date has been removed and nothing updated on it since.

Q1 or Q2 as long as quality of finishes and overall health of the project is good, I am fine.

It's difficult to contain my excitement though. Hopefully bro Applefans have some latest pictures to share. Hehe.....

They actually sneakily changed the completion date to Q2!! hahah...
for the past 6 mths the development has been rather slow.... dunno if its becos of labour crunch...

Haha sneakily is an apt word for their subtle change, bro Martian09.

Just hope that the "delay" means they are taking every effort to ensure good quality homes are being built for everyone. No point rushing and ended up with shoddy workmanship. Q2 2015 is still earlier than date mentioned in the SP agreement iirc.

The brand of the fridge is Teka.. as seen in the showflat last time.
