Went down to the show flat yesterday , frankly not impress at all. Look past the gimmick, I foresee a lot of maintainence issues for this project.
Just to name a few alarm when I was there:
- 700m single lane running track will be tight. You just need like 50 people on the track to cause congestion problem. I run so I don't like to keep avoiding people constantly.
- share fustal and basketball court? So only one group can play at one point in time?![]()
- rock climbing wall? Who will be the belayer? Who will be responsible for the maintainence of the equipment? Who will be responsible if any injury?
The quality of the show flat is nothing to shout about. Instead of spending money paying celebrities to endorse the project , the developer should spend more thinking abouttheir concept.
I was at the showflat yesterday and the agent say all units have ceiling height of 3m or 3.1m.
But overheard another saying it's 2.9m.
So what's the ceiling height?![]()
for sporty person, live next to reservoir is best, big jogging track for freeOriginally Posted by iridrium

I think it's 2.75m. If you look closely at the show flat model, there is a mark at lower level indicating the actual height. Show flat have higher height. Deception at its best.Originally Posted by Khng8
nowadays, they must put the marks according to new rules so look out for them. showflat usually uses maximum ceiling height (usually ground floor or penthouse units).

When i think of Parc Olympia, i think of how it could end up like Koh Bros Sun Plaza..... poorly maintained.....

Quite well done with that price range, giving Palm Isles a good fight.
well done for a condo in flora drive
The real winner is still FEO.. wait till Parc Olympic left few units, FEO will increase price as there is no many land site left..Originally Posted by terrynfs
Puzzling thou because if I have to choose between Palm Isle or Par Olympia, I will choose Palm Isle. The finishing and the design is so much better than Olympia.Originally Posted by terrynfs
Don't understand why, but then again, I also don't understand the pricing nowsaday.![]()
Eh ... bro, I think you meant FCL, FEO is not in the Flora Arena ....Originally Posted by blackapple
