    On a side note, despite some of my friends being skeptical about China developer, I have to say they actually built their 1st proj quite well, The Natura Loft DBSS. I have seen it as compare to Sim Lian's Clover and I was like .... actually not bad at all!

    Within HDB housing. No exclusive.

    5 mins walk to LRT.
    If never drive, can't imagine if i work in the city.
