dat's why me very no like to hold condos as investment... 2002-2005 time condo rental like <S$1K nia... but me got no problem to rent out industrial space during whole sars time... all at most <2wks vacant during 2002-2005...
now only hold condo for own stay... hdb+industrials as rental... very hesitate to upgrade my hdb to a 2nd 3bdr condo though can do it anytime... hdb/industrial rentals very eveready-bunny & "never say die" during deep recessions 1....
