Teddy already said before... 1m loan, rental yield about 45k per year, interest only 10k per year... Additional income of 35k per year.... 4 more years of this and you are 140k richer and if property appreciate 10% over 4 years, which is very reasonable, the total returns if you sell in 4 years will be about 250k....
So if you think you are slave to your condo, sell in 4 years time lah.....
when interest rate up, cost of financing also goes up, so developer will charge more and in the end, new home price will also goes up.
also a good excuse to charge more for rental.
