Default Average COV will drop sharply

When this deal closes, the COV will be

    -140K

Likely that, HDB statistics will soon show the average COV has dropped sharply.

    Thanks,
    Richard

Aiya, must be a cuckoo agent that reversed the valuation and selling price. Who will sell below valuation 140K for HBD. The COV is 140K for this hdb.

maybe your children would...your parent would not believe that the 4rm flat that they bought for 50K (for eg) could worth close to half a mil today....would they have known, just by buying hdb would make them very very rich...

Avg cov coming down is only half of the story, valuation inching up.

just for laughs, nice ID but the price tag is nicer.

Agent put valuation at $1.5mil also can... nobody is stopping agent from putting such fictitious figures. Until he kana caught then he say 'sorry' and remove the advert lor... no big deal for him wat but he can potentially sell much higher than the actual valuation lor...
