I actually placed a cheque for #09-11 (3br 1077 sqft). But still thinking hard about it because honestly, the layouts of most of the units are terrible and that is my biggest objection.
Open kitchen (even for 3-bedder) is my biggest peeve. And the washing machine faces the living room? Goodness...
No utility room is the other. Yes some 3-bedders come with utility room but I was told min. $1.7m so it is out of my budget.
If only they give me a utility room but a smaller balcony? Haii....
The general feel I have of this project is: it seems like the architect can't really decide what they want. So they just find spaces here-and-there to plonk in something - henceforth the 65 different floor plans....
Haii... if only the layout of Bartley Ridge comes here, it will make my decision easier. Damn sweet location but the floor plans are one of the worst I have seen.
I am surprised that a high-end developer like TS accepts such designs from the architect. It seems like location good means no need to put much effort into the design...
