    Default Bishan Loft

Units going as high as 1280psf! Definitely the SH effect.

Would you pay this amount for an EC 600m away from MRT?
    I am rich in debts...

This market is weird. Nowadays, anything below 1300 psf is a "steal". SH very high floor only 1600 psf. Don't be surprised Capland may have the last laugh...

Highest transacted price on URA website $1129psf done in Feb. May be higher now since prices already crossed $1000psf as early as Apr 2011.

seems like the stigma of an 'EC' is gone...anyway this seems to be the most expensive EC in singapore despite being not so near to MRT....is the Bishan hub effect

Too much integration is too messy. For own stay I rather these amenities be a short walk away.

Believe, the good schools in vicinity of Bishan Loft plays a significant part too in supporting the demand for this EC (turn condo) unit.

If want this EC turn condo (Bishan Loft) price to drop, can consider shifting some of the good schools in Bishan to the far north or far west lol....

It's a pretty short walk to the mrt. If it's too close, it would get the noise and dust from the bus interchange.
