Default Can i negotiate for lower interest rate after i sign the facility letter?

As above, i have signed the facility letter but the mortgage has yet to commence until june.

Wanted to negotiate as i heard that DBS is offering 1% fixed for first 3 years.

Why not you try and let us know? No harm trying... Not easy though unless you threaten to break the agreement but you get penalty....
