Bukit Batok and Hillview actually fetch slight premium to Jurong. In fact, I'm surprised that prices there is actually higher than same Jurong development of the same age. Bukit Batok The Jade 950+psf and older Hillview FH >1000psf. These are old 10 year old developments. New launch in Hillview around $1400psf (Lanai, Hiller, Natura). So not playing catching up at all.
