    seashell station shall be at the site of the sea-esta showflat bros/sisters of sea-esta huat...ahhh.......in 17 years time

    no la but seriously my view is that MORE condos will be built at the big land where sea esta and watercolours showflat is and seashell station will be at pasir ris drive 3 just outside seastrand....ok what still 5 to 10 min walk...
    In the final analysis.....its NOT whether you have a diploma,degree,masters OR PHD....its whether you have a HDB/PC/EC or LANDED...

    Good news...Just received a email from my law film that developer is requesting for 10% payment which is a notice of foundation work completion liao..

    Do you guy receive it? For those who take 80% bank loan, the loan service should be kick in soon liao.. !
