The 2 showflats (1-BR Loft & 3-BR) is currently out of bounds for viewing. Brochures are also not ready. There's a scale model of the development.
Can confirm these are quoted estimated launch prices (after 26% discount!):

Floorplan wise, it is smaller when compared to similar BR-types in EuHabitat. Some units do not have Household Shelters (thus maximizing space), but some unit types comes with 2 balconies.
