    Default Anyone thought of building more rooms at the first storey instead?

    like that don't need to climb up & down..

    then 2nd storey ..dunno build what

    have you see any landed property with design/structure like that?

    I intend to build another room in my backyard (a lean on structure) after my CSC. Wonder how much it would cost?

    no idea..

    me always think long term..

    having lift isn't my ideal solution when i am older..

    If you have a big land area, you can build more rooms on the first floor.
    If the usual, small 1615 sq feet, how to have more than 1 room on the first floor unless you do away with the living room.

    So it is a real concrete room and safe for sleeping?
    Can do before CSC?

    lol....safe a not i dunno... i will take a photo of it and post here the next time i'm down inspecting it.
    It's necessary for me as i'm not that kind-hearted to let the maid sleep in the 200sqf granny room.
