I'm very curious, if loans will usually get rejected by ALL banks for those projects between Lorong 6-24, why the developers still want to take the risk to bid for the lands,
and if no one bids for the lands, then those lands will become "bad lands" already lor or govt will just leave it to "deteriote" by itself, very unlikely lah, S'pore land is so precious.
From what I know, when you go to the showroom, normally there will have a few bankers there to standby leh but it is still good to check before committing.
