Just curious how come this development only 28 pages since its supposed to be quite promising? I pass by the showflat every evening and it seems quiet. Are buyers giving this a miss?
Yup, too good to discuss further and yes, quiet promising with rocket high selling price . Maybe buyers drive too fast along the road and miss the project

After the leak, Titanic sank... hmmm... don't think will happen for this project...Originally Posted by bluedurian
At least it proved what the quality of this developer's worksmanship standard . maybe it might not leak for this showroom, but who know after project completed you could see waterfall

With the high price paid by UE for the site, there are better options.
Project not even officially launched and already sold nearly 300 units. Wait till UE start putting ads in ST you'll see sales go crazy.Originally Posted by insigina
The decisions the developers made doesn't help too... They chose to include to 3 rows of townhouses that made the grounds so congested. I wouldn't choose to buy this if I'm in the towers. I'll choose a development without low density townhouses that will give me more communal space.Originally Posted by Leeds
Agent asked me to go down showflat to lim kopi and discuss further from where we left off 1 wk ago! Hmmm... business not picking up for this project?
Super congested. Only a small pool to share n a multistorey top storey garden walk. Good location for drivers, only if e roads were as uncrowded as today...
Drove by and saw their ad. The original 590+k was slashed to 560+k. Looks like they are doing some damage control?Originally Posted by ysyap
think Xan went to complain why lowest unit was selling 540k they advertise 590k? so now they compromise a littleOriginally Posted by insigina
I still think 8RS 1br @ 5xxk is good for B&B biz ...it could be illegal though

That right but I think even the stock market remain groomy this period of time, property market in SG still stable and climb at a must slower and constant rate only

Price seems reasonable
(comparing with The luxurie, Bartley Res and Cardiff Res )
Usu model shd look more spacious than actual building. So if e model looks cramp, actual building wil b worse.
Thanks! Any pricing on the 3- bedders?Originally Posted by azeoprop

Just wonder if there is still buying interest amidst all the debt crisis? On one hand, Greece is facing default. On the other, the wall of liquidity may be coming our way.Originally Posted by azeoprop
Wow look like R38 seen much better choice in term of cost, although is much a distance to MRT as compare to 8RS. A one bedder unit at R38 at lowest floor cost around $490k+ with 452sqf and two bedder cost $780k+ from low floor onward with 743sqf, best of all is 999 years compare to 8RS.
Wonder how the sales so far for 8RS?
