Hi Knarl, if I remember correct, ceiling height is 2.75m. Only a small section at the corridor leading to bed room has false ceiling.

Information obtained from BCA website. It is transparent to anyone. Go to eServices.under eEnquiry, look under enquiry on status of plan application. Key in Watercolours BP number. U can find this on the watercolours brochure last page I think. Each plan number I believe is unique to each project. Then you can search for status...

No idea when TOP is issued, when keys will come. Been waiting too.....

Seastrand TOP 5Dec2014, till now only half collected keys.
Main contractor has to touch-up the units before handover to buyers.
Hopefully Waterclours' units are all touch up then the wait will not be long.
