The fence along Pasir Ris Rise is slowly taking shape.
It is getting more exciting each day. Trees also can be spotted inside the compound.

From aerial shot across the road, can see the colorful swimming pool.

Just back from a site visit to our lovely Watercolours. Lovely.
Did a walk test from site from/to Pasir Ris Beach (carpark A), and DTE. It is really really near, a truely walking distance.

congrats to all owners. IIRC, this land was sold at about the same time as sea esta's plot of land. Developer fast hand fast leg.

Heard the TOP inspection was done few days back, no wonder the development was suddenly cleaned and doll up. Look so beautiful. Glad the colour for the fence pillar was not the brighter version but the softer tone yellow,blue n pink. Lighting was soothing too. Everything just look different when they are put together.

I heard that if everything soon soon residents might be able to start collecting key from end Dec or early Jan. Hope this info is true.

Hi soon to be neighbors, anyone still have the contact no. Of the developers? They sent me a letter once but I seem to have mis-placed it. I was thinking of calling them to confirm the date of TOP/key distribution. Called them in NOV n they told me roughly start key distribution in DECEMBER.
