Default I created it by myself, quite accurate

I got the original floor plan from brochure and calculated dimension based on the size of bed, i.e., the width of queen size bed is 1.5m, other dimensions are derived proportionally.
I did it for my 3rm compact, see attached. You can use the same method for other room types.

    Very impressive bro.

I am thinking to convert the smaller bed room door to sliding door. By doing so can I squeeze in 2 single bed matress ?

This room is for my fdw but my mil may visit to help out with the kids. The old lady is very against bulk bed - she cannot climb up and hates it if anyone is "above" her.

I am also considering sliding door. By doing so, a queen size bed can be squeezed in. You can not put 2 single bed because the available room width is 1.65m (2.3 - 0.65), unless you remove the wardrobe.

I think so. I also physically measured the small bedroom at showflat. The size is around 2.3m x 2.2m. A standard wardorbe width is 0.65m. So we got 1.65m available to squeeze in the queen size bed.

Thank you for the Floor plan! You guys are superb! Anything also can get. POWER! Since we have the experts here, can I check a few more issues?

    1. Can we accommodate a 2 x door (side by side door)fridge in the kitchen?
    2. Fit a door at the air con ledge, so that can access the area outside or make it into a storage area
    3. Who maintains the swimming pool and how often is it cleaned?
    4. Are we getting a fixed car park slot?

Do apologize for all these dumb questions, but Bo Bian, 1st time condo owner. Hehehe

Don't worry lah, Watercolours construction site look exactly like Ripple bay eight months ago .

Once you see the first floor up, it will start to grow like a champion .

I still remember SeaStrand was like 3 or 4 story high when Watercolours started building the ground level

    Just a few contractual questions.

HUGE seems do not have many track records in terms of residential developments. Anyone got any comment about them?

After TOP do we still have legal bondage with them? I heard fr a friend that changi rise development actualy suit heir developer for bad quality even few years after TOP but end with settlement. Can they actually do that ?
