i lived in that neighbourhood for almost 20 years, need to have a change of environment. the drawback is the lack of public transport and far from makan places (and it applies to all the developments along jalan loyang besar)

heh, i'm now putting up around bayshore area. to be honest, i was considering palette but gave in to the idea of being near to the beach.

never NEVER touch pasir ris one. those HDBs will be the noise buffer for the low lying masionettes and they are bloody expensive

the DBSS is smaller and pricier than the mansionettes just next to it. if you want to plonk $600-700k on a DBSS, i would suggest buying a bigger, cheaper mansionette that is just a stone's throw away

I agree. The mansionettes is nice with a huge park, sport hall and future hawker centre nearby.

I understand there are condos with 3.2m height.
Some ground floor or top floor also have high floor ceiling.

I thinks next door Seastrand has 3.2m ceiling. Anyone can confirm?

Bro Radha, is Sea Esta standard height or 3.2m?
