    Air con ledge is almost as big as the main balcony...

    Can use the balcony for alfreco dinning area.

    Use the air con ledge area next to yard to dry laundry making use of the heat gnerated by the aircon compressor
    What ia a good house?

    And mine no view. Look at sea strand only... Their condo much nicer.. See alr damn sad haha

    well i trust that watercolors would be the cheapest amongst the four, and so will have the more capital appreciation.

    Try google eclaunch.com under watercolours/site plan.
    They have some interesting analysis on tbe siteplan
    What ia a good house?

    actually I already heard that plot of land is an EC development long ago... wanted to wait for that project, but too long alr! 2017 i will be damn old
