the only thing i can afford for this house is to buy 20big 20small 1530 4d...Land area only 1530 sq ft, but has 7 BR (3storeys +1).

What is decent? > 2400 sqft build up or > 1800 sqft land area? 3 storeys or single storey? I suspect $1.9mil can still get a pretty decent landed...

yup like the one i missed no 19 carmen terrace at opera estate...dbl storey.... land 1700sq ft...built up 2300sq ft....went to view in jan this year owner asking 2mil...was sold for $1.88 mil...i found out from the caveat...What is decent? > 2400 sqft build up or > 1800 sqft land area? 3 storeys or single storey? Spouse part is a big hurdle, one has to give in to the other.
