What exagerating? I paid the next 10% 2 years later and another 10% >3 years later! Under progressive payment, you only paid up 40% when the whole building structure is up, so that takes about 3 years or even more!

MAS only interested in 10% ABSD for foreigners and 3% for PRs only lah! These type of CASH-BACK things encourage people to buy new launch and if MAS meddle would affect their kaki's land sales programme SO don't think they would meddle?

You are saying about OCR projects is it? 3 years to fully build? No wonder so lousy workmanship!
Anyway, the next 20% is the most important one for new launch buyers, the longer the better! >3 years is the best! Because after that can activate bank loan mah! Must have sufficient time to accumulate this 20% and also for 4-yrs SSD lock-in period to be almost over! (oh anyway, they already got 5% CASH BACK advantage to help pay this 20%!)

Indonesia is getting more unstable as inflation will rock the country if the fuel subsidies are removed.

Indonesia has the world's 4th latest domestic market.. But political instability completely thwarts proper economic development in the country.. Not only fuel but apparently, as of 1 April 2012, government subsidIsed housing loan packages there is increasing it's interest rates level from 8.5% to more than 10%..

I wonder if the agents phone stop ringing today? Haha. If seller really sell at that price, i think can give agent an ang pow after deal is done.

Listing dubious but anyone can try giving a call. Usually if got firesale, the agent will really bother putting in extra details on the description
