U seem to be very into BIG spaces.
i am not into big spaces at all...those D9 condos we shortlisted were mainly 3br 1300-1400 sq ft only.

my wife likes landed actually but those landed that were within our budget appears to have a problem with parking...the roads are rather narrow and lots of folks park their cars along the roads. also, i am the lazy type and feel landed might be too much work for a couple with no maid haha

How about i tell u there is a small landed with parking, quiet, Prime D15 that will suit your budget?
Catch is you will need to spend $800k-$1m of your budget to build your own dream house?

Yup Bro, i think there is a good plot of small land on the market now.
It cost around $2.05m (the house on the land is not really livable)
But its not common for such a small plot to be available in that area.

what did i do? scan the multiple agent adverts, look for clues on which road its on (if no road given, "drive around the area on google maps"). next, look on onemap and make a guess using the land size and imagine house looks like from the top. 3) match the pictures while "driving on google maps streetview", find the house.

those few landed we looked at all seemed to have parking problems with parked cars taking up 1 lane on a 2 lane 2 way road.

plus we are lazy folks, just want to buy a wysiwyg condo so we can just move in without major renovation haha

for landed ... yes the road must be wide ... and inner road preferred .. not main rd type ...

    Thanks Bro bargain hunter.
    Got the address.

Let me correct myself after getting the actual address from Bro Bargain Hunter.
The ad on propertyguru was misleading with the naming of the landed property.
Not worth the $ for that price.
Think Bro Cart better stick to CCR 3 Bedders instead.

Agree on the wide road and inner road.

I believe the bungalow is on the main road hence the cheap price.

LR 2 br is all i can afford and for that quantum, i thought getting a place in cairnhill with a lower psf might be a better buy.

Well the property price has also dipped a lot, so if he has sold his property I think he is still in profit

    Decoupling needs to lodge caveat?

How do we distinguish between firesale and decoupling?
    The three laws of Kelonguni:

Where there is kelong, there is guni.
    No kelong no guni.
    More kelong = more guni.

hard to distinguish. but this one looks way off. if we r fast enough, some of the true firesales may still leave some clues such as their advert at propertyguru which i have reposted if i managed to find it.
