Any particular reason why you're looking for new and not resale? Budget limitations?Originally Posted by yuzuhi
There are lots of nice units at District 15 it all depends if u have $$$.Originally Posted by yuzuhi
Some condos u can consider are:
(a) Aalto
(b) Meyerise
(c) Seaview @ Meyer
(d) Belvedere
(e) new condo coming up at Fort Road
(f) 2 more condos coming up at Amber
All the condos above are big sized units but unfortunately they are not selling at a discount compared to the smaller (MM) Shoebox units. Prices can vary from as low as $1600psf to as high as $3000psf.
If you have medium budget then u can settle for the mid-range types as follows:
(a) Elliott At East Coast - 1200-1300psf
(b) Amber Residences - average 1400psf
(c) Grand Duchess - average 1250psf
(d) Those condos at Tanjong Rhu - average 1200psf (99 year leasehold)
If your budget is even lower, can consider for the lower end D16 area like near bedok reservoir, Simei asking for around $1100-1300psf
As far as I know, D15 is now no longer selling at below $1000psf even for the trashy locations.
You may like to consider Fulcrum @ Fort Road/Tanjong Rhu
