Frasers, Keong Hong launch Punggol EC

(Singapore)

THE first executive condominium with a Vista Home concept - which maximises views, lighting and ventilation - will be launched in Punggol New Town next Saturday.

With 728 units spread across 12 towers of 17 storeys each, Twin Waterfalls is a collaboration between Frasers Centrepoint Ltd and Keong Hong Construction Pte Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the recently listed Keong Hong Holdings Ltd.

Unit types include three-bedroom, four-bedroom, dual-key units and penthouses, with average prices of $698 per square foot. The Vista Homes concept units will have wider frontage to maximise external views, lighting and ventilation.

The development also comes with eco-friendly features such as a rainwater catchment system for watering landscaped areas. It will also be the first executive condo to have 400 bicycle stalls to encourage residents to cycle around Punggol Town and My Waterway@ Punggol.

Twin Waterfalls is Keong Hong's first foray into property development. Chairman and CEO of Keong Hong Holdings, Ronald Leo, said: 'Our strengths in building construction, as evidenced by the success of our recently completed Martin Place Residences which has attained TOP, will complement FCL's strengths in property development and marketing.'

Eligible members of the public can submit their e-applications from now until Feb 14.
