Why Ripple Bay keep advertise in TV ?
Maybe because Sea Esta vvvvvip preview next week?Originally Posted by Shoeboxsupporter
I don't think this matters? You only need 5% in cash. You can pay the remainder 15% and your stamp duty from CPF.Originally Posted by Chester

For the non-seaview units maybe. Hoi Hup will be foolish to launch their seaview units at a lower price than RB; since RB seaview units were a sell-out even before the launch. All seaview lovers will cheong to grab whatever are available at Sea Esta.Originally Posted by Shoeboxsupporter
Pasir Ris' Ripple Bay sold 505 units out of 679 units, as of Tuesday. Its apartments were sold at an average of $870 psf.
The problem with MCL is that they will be running out of land to build pc soon.. Think they expect the price to drop..Originally Posted by bargain hunter

Location/surrounding/view wise...definitely Ripple, incl. unique factor.Originally Posted by Eastboy
As for Sea Esta; still lots of unknown at this point...layout/price wise, further more; MCL (Ripple) vs Hoi Hup (Sea Esta)
Seems like in terms of quantum, price diff between far from MRT and near MRT = 2 cars (each car 100k assuming)Originally Posted by price

The 1001sq ft & 1055sq ft are 2Br + PES ground floor unit. As for 1658sq ft is 4Br + PES ground floor unit. The 1475 sq ft should be 2+study duplex PH. I was offered these unit before VVIP but in the end choose $1K psf sea view high floor 2 Br unitOriginally Posted by price
