I have been sharing here on developments of ripple bay but because few have vested interest, most of us moved to the rb free forum instead.

Sure! Since there is vested interest here, I will post some latest photos here when I return home later.

Here you go: The following is the latest photo taken on Blk 10 (on 20 Jun 14). You'd notice that it is beginning to erect walls for its PH level.

And the following shows a software simulated view (superimposed with a real photo) from the PH Level of Blk 10:

The following shows two units with window-doors installed (greenish tampered glass with greyish frames):

And finally, an overview photo taken a month ago (on 25 May 2014):

    Nice render!

Which sw did you use? How to read the floorplan scale?

Thanks, Goodhouse! Remember to invite me in once you get your key!

Yuki, I use the freeware Sweet Home 3D. This is such a powerful software that I can even virtually construct the mid-rise building (Oceanfront Suites) in front of Ripple Bay, and even the 2-km wide sea before reaching Ubin!

I can then do a virtual walkthrough within the house, and can choose the wall to be transparent as well.

In terms of the dimensions, I used the brochure floor plan's total area to intrapolate the dimensions of all my rooms. Think my margin of error should stay within 95% of confidence interval. And the height of the ceiling is also taken from the developer's provided figure.

Someone took a panoramic view of Serangoon Harbour (with Pulau Ubin), thus I used layering techniques to digitally superimpose it with my software, and care was taken to ensure that the proportions are in tandem with my software's simulated view.

    No, Yuki, I'm a musician/music educator.

For the software, you need to know more of its functions in order to make your rendering look beautiful.

Yes, if the scale says 1:150, it means 1cm represent 150cm.

I think by now most of the blocks should be building either its top floor or level 12 (except for the slowest Blk 6). Will probably go over there later or tomorrow to snap some latest photos. BTW the following photos were taken 1 week ago. The first one was taken from the beach. It shows that my unit will be able to have a view of the beach!

Note that mine is at the top centre of the photo (i.e. behind the recently completed bluish Oceanfront Suites). The following shows a zoomed-in version:

Haha, in order to see clearly what is at the beach, I would need to invest in a mounted telescope to be placed in my balcony!

Saw one bro in a yellow 3 wheels motor cycle a few days back looking intensely at Ripple Bay and Sea Esta. wondering which project he bought? It was a nice looking and unique motor cycle.
