Behind the show room , we actually can see the whole construction site through a row of green fence.....we intend to take some photo there before the showroom down.

Thanks, Goodhouse! Just noted the signboard next to RB that says expected date of completion is 26 apr 2015, so there is no delay. In other words, it is 1 yr 10 mths left!

Like what many of you have said, now that the foundation is up, the storeys will be up quickly. The guard at main entrance told me at most it is 15 days of delay.

I also noted that now there are more openings at RB's hoarding openings that allow photoshoots of its interiors at various angles.

Yes, once the foundation is up, the rest will be fast, I've seen it happening on SeaStrand, Belysa, Watercolours and those at the CDL cluster

I think six month down the road, you will see RB at least 6 to 7 storey high

Really? Is the typical time period between the foundation (first 10%) and concrete up (next 10% payment) about a year?

Heard from friends in construction sector that build up 1 floor in 14 days is achievable depending on how aggressive is the developer

My info is from URA's May data.

Don't worry. acoseon's info will appear in URA's June data.

Let's hope it will reach 100% next month.

is it true 26 apr 2015? That's 1 year before the TOP date on the contract.

When I wanted to drive over just now at noon to see if I could collect the Blk 10 model, I had to make a U-turn because for the first time in Singapore's history, the PSI level hit 401, which is in the VERY HAZARDOUS region!
