I also like the communal area at the top. It gives everyone a chance of penthouse view

Just curious, why do you feel Ripple Bay has the best landscaping among the Big Four? I thought all 4 are equally good? The only advantage Ripple Bay and Sea Esta have (over the rest) is that both have direct seaview units?

Each of the four has their own charm lah. I am giving layman opinion

My opinion was base on the impression I get when I look at the showroon model.
So may not be true until the actual building is done.

But bigger land size does give Ripple bay more room for creativity in the landscapping and facility loh.

Those big entrance at each building look majestic and the layout of the building make the landscape look more spacious

    Just my two cents worth.

I see. I think you meant Ripple Bay has more facilities, such as 2 pools, beach volleyball court, floating hammocks and other water features. Yes, more land would give it more room for such variety of items. Also, because it has more units, the monthly maintenance cost is kind of spread out among more households, making it more affordable.

From the subsale market. Our 484 sqft units did not cross $500k market when we launched last year.

Last 1 x 3-Bedroom and 5 x 4-Bedrooms Units out of total 679 units in Ripple Bay. Check out more HERE!

Call me for a non-obligatory discussion and a showflat presentation before showflat closes down soon. Cheers.

Not too sure, I think it'd be better for you to contact the agent directly to find out exactly what the few remaining units are.

Don't think so.....we were looking for high floor unit in feb 2013 but the agent told us only 2 high floor unit near the Carpark entrance left, soon it were sold because of the cooling measurement......

We were lucky to get a mid floor unit at Blk 10 before the cooling measurement start....I think the left over now are mostly lower floor sea facing unit (but unable to see the sea because of the low floor)

Based on what some of you have shared, I expect receiving the payment notice for the next 10% very soon (perhaps even sometime next week), since mine is also at Blk 10. I assume we can foot it by using a combination of cheque and CPF (if I want to quickly work towards repaying the loan to be less subject to SIBOR changes).

Any idea if the transaction is to be done at the lawyer's office, and also both spouse and myself need to be present?
