And under normal traffic conditions, I challenge that a drive from Ripple Bay to town would take a shorter time as compared to a drive from WaterFront Isles to CBD. Look at the map and you'll know why.

Talk about million dollars. Have you heard that One Canberra -EC (Besides Eight Courtyards)at One Canberra/Yishun Avenue 7 have hit 1.6 million dollars already? Seems like property will continue to trend upwards, even for EC..

There are currently some hot arguments on a new thread 'Another new project by CDL at Pasir Ris Grove'. I just want to clarify that 'Chestnut' and me 'Chester' are 2 different persons, although our names seem almost similar.

You can have good side-by-side comparison of the 4 projects at Jalan Loyang Besar by accessing the Street Directory Singapore website http://www.streetdirectory.com/asia_...l_site_153784/ You'll see that Ripple Bay is the largest development with the best spread out concept; not as cramped as the other 3 projects.

Also happens to have the most number of units. Density-wise, probably cramped. That map is not an accurate representation. Best you look at individual site plans that have scales. (not artist's impression)

Among the big 4 at JLB, Ripple Bay is the biggest project and also the slowest in progress.
