Sales seem like moving very very slowly. Some OCRs condo e.g.at Yishun such as Eight Courtyards move almost immediately after CM7 as all sold out within a few days of CM7 and Nautical at Sembawang too moving towards 94-100% curently. Seems like the attraction of OCR (e.g. Yishun / Sembawang) is there despite the CM......

I think Crapland is waiting before they cut prices because they are either eyeing the next pcs of land beside or if they cut now, the next pcs of land bidding will surely correct which will cause further correction on sky habit.

Sky habitat is really a sitting duck doing nothing looking at the recent update sales figure in yesterday's ST. LML is just enjoying the non-executive position in other company. Pity the new CEO.

If they move d leedon and interlace, they probably have enough cash flow to adopt a wait and see for sky habitat. But of cos, the clock ticks on. And they have one more plot next ro that.
