    with all the decoration in the showroom, to hide the cheap finishing.

    I've never been to the showroom. Have been to trevista condo. How does the two compare?

    Didn't go to trevista.

    SH can't even match seletar park resi for finishing.

    URA site media release never mentioned it is EC leh. If it's not EC then we can expect tough bidding there especially capitaland. However land was released by HDB, so could it be HDB flats?

    u think PAP stupid is it ... can sell 8xxpsf for PC but tender out as EC ... lost 200psf??

    if really EC, 10X oversubscribed confirmed, can hire the same architect ... call Sky Habitat - EC edition

    wait ah, when HDB is the sales agent for the landslide, how do we see whether it's EC or PC? if it's PC, why is HDB involved in land sales?? if it's EC, I guess it's part of their overall housing plan.

    If EC, there should be a (EC) beside the indication ... that's my view lah ... If EC, I think those buy Sky Habitat one will bang! :P

    Everytime I see HDB tender out land to private I boil. Seriously? Tell people not enough land for HDB flats? And you have all this land right beside MRT station in a heartland and all tender to private? Then why did SLA allocate the land to HDB when it resell to private? Not accountable at all.

    Not all HDB land tendered are EC. The one is Bishan is PC. But Bishan full of HDB land so there is a risk that anyone of the nearby site next time can be HDB flat or EC.

    Sorry my mistake. Was viewing the URA website from mobile phone and I think the words got misaligned in my browser. Now I am viewing from PC. Yup...confirm its PC.

    Folks...sorry my mistake. Was viewing the URA website from mobile phone and I think the words got misaligned in my browser. Now I am viewing from PC. Yup...confirm its PC. I also fell off the chair when I saw 'EC' for SH site.

    land surrounding SH are all under HDB, but I am not sure if it is possible for HDB for launch an EC though.

    assuming SH average price of 1400psf, then the EC should be price around $1100psf. so with income ceiling of just $12K, how to afford $1100psf?

    Sell to upgrader maybe possible lor, 1st timer wo parental support cannot lah or they can build MM ECs.

    Capitaland bid then was 869 psf ppr while Keppel Land and MCC bids were 683 and 670 psf ppr respectively. Doubt if there is any other developer other than Capitaland itself willing to bid more that the 869 psf ppr for the land next to Sky Habitat.

    Capitaland may well bid at around 700 psf ppr just to make sure that no other developer bid is below that just to protect its pricing of Sky Habitat.

    I doubt capitaland will go aggressive on this one. it will be easier for them to cut lost then to sink further. ultimately, whoever bid for it will still need to sell.

    Oh my. Skyhabitat owners I do not know what to say already. Confirmed site. potential 1120 psf EC. If market conditions turn bad, try sell 700 psf. Wah, maybe can even look at skyhabitat sky pool, high floor pool view.
