A state tender for a 99-year leasehold private housing facing Upper Paya Lebar and Bartley roads has garnered seven bids.
UOL Overseas Venture Investments placed the highest bid of S$392.30 million, which works out to S$648.30 per square foot per plot ratio (psf ppr). Its bid was 3.7 per cent higher than the next highest bid of S$625.16 psf ppr by EL Development.
The tender was conducted by Urban Redevelopment Authority.
The other bidders were a joint-venture between Frasers Centrepoint, Far East Organization and Sekisui House; Chip Eng Seng; Allgreen Properties; a tie-up between City Developments and TID Residential; and Asset Legend.
tats wat i feel when we drove past. I intend to buy 1 more unit here. den when I went to recce the plot, i was disappointed. the development is kiap by 2 major roads, very noisy.
tis plot is slopping, unlike bartley resi.
n it isthe furthest fm mrt.
hence i feel it is the lousiest.
With all the cooling measures .. Still maintain 648$ Psf ppr .. Very good already ... If not for cm 8 and TDSR .. Think 700$ + at least

What is the road for the entrance to Bartley Residence? Is it lorong Hor Sun? Can you access through bartley road?
