    seems like the nursery plot of land will fetch a higher price den b resi. as serangoon view aldy sold at 522psf.

    Hopefully a mixed development with commercial. This will provide additional amenities to the bartley side...

    I think you're right. it should be mentioned in the tender specs and the URA master plan. All states residential only.

    any avenue for us to appeal bo?

    The plan is already out for residential use. Dont think government will suka suka change it.

    Hi, Any friends receive the payment requst - 4th payment 5%
    seems like developer collect the money so fast.

    Any friend has the experience about the last payment 15%

    when TOP, we need to pay 25%, but when to pay 15%, is it same time? or it will be later. if they pay together, that means I need to pay 40% at same time. it is diffcult for me as I need to transfer the money from China to Singapore with in two weeks. that is too diffcult for me as China has the restriction about the money transfer to oversea.

    usually the remaining 15% to be paid after CSC (which is "usually" one year after TOP).

    i use "usually" as, developer can apply CSC anytime after TOP as long as they finished remaining works. So, it is better you prepare your fund earlier..

    BCA also allows developer to apply CSC without apply TOP first (which is not a common practise i saw here).

    Yes.. once TOP obtained, developer can distribute the keys to owners. But you need to factor in the defects rectifying periods before you can move in.
