There is already predictions in general that price will drop 5-7% within 6 mths.. However, I doubt so for condo near MRT..the acid test will be the launch opposite in march.
Regardless, I am not bother even if it dropped 5-7%. Buying near BR is for the convience of my family going to school and work by MRT and strategic in terms of proximity to many places (On the AVERAGE FEWER number of stop to a lot of key places . Long run, will likely do away with car, and potential saving as well.
If prices ever correct, they will be across the board, probably less for those in good locations. So many here say BR already relatively cheap compared to other new launches, so buffer is there. If for own stay, does not matter whether prices go up or down, purely psychological. If you have bought, just be happy and enjoy, thats more important.Originally Posted by UltimateAro888
