    Ha ha. I was about put cheque for TT too and withdrew partly because of that. More importantly the number of units in punggol scares me. And ended up with BR like you.

    Same here... about to buy then Google online find out about those incidents pertains contractors trying to remove it and also the fence around it..
    finally stumble on br and decide to go for it.
    Punggol too congested in time to come and not near to city..

    Just received SMS from a property agent with fast after cm.

    "Dear Clients,

    With the latest cooling measure on pty, there's many questions to be answered. Which direction is the market going?

    For a start, investors will be in a shock & hold handbrake on investing. Is this a wise move?
    Will Resi pty go up or down? Industrial going down?

    The old Matilda house is now part of treasure trove and will be the future clubhouse ... The outer structure etc remains I think... Hopefully for those staying there not the haunting...

    btw I read a fengshui master was invited to give talks on BR during launch period? ... anyone attended? Would be interested to know what he said about BR if anyone can share ..

    Now left 1 unit.

    So some one had bought 1 unit on Sat or today?

    CM 8 helped to move the last few units.

    Technically those invested have saved 7% in value !!!

    There is already predictions in general that price will drop 5-7% within 6 mths.. However, I doubt so for condo near MRT..the acid test will be the launch opposite in march.

    Regardless, I am not bother even if it dropped 5-7%. Buying near BR is for the convience of my family going to school and work by MRT and strategic in terms of proximity to many places (On the AVERAGE FEWER number of stop to a lot of key places . Long run, will likely do away with car, and potential saving as well.

    Very very agree ... The more I read the views of BR investors ... The more I am sure that prices is hard to correct for BR ...
