The general feel is price correction. But the funny question is why are people rushing to buy knowing prices 'will drop'? Why is the response so good at La Fiesta? Isn't it better to hold their horses? Or why they buy in anticipation of price correction..

Actually I was looking into La Fiesta too.
For similar big sized unit, Psf prob around average 1140 psf.
So maybe around 100 Psf or less cheaper than Bartley.
I prefer Bartley as I am used to living in Central Region.
To each his own I guess
