    1250 psf sounded expensive when launched. Now it looks cheap.

    Actually if BR 3 bedder can onl rent at 4.3, there nothing to shout about. Yield less than 4%.

    ok lah, not too bad. I will be quite happy already. That is generally the yield now for condo. Unless HDB, the yield can be higher.

    My opinion, not the best comparisons but should be close. Since both of them will prosper with the new Bidadari area. Only thing BR lacking compare to Woodleigh is there is no international school nearby.

    About 4% return , considering a 3bdrm about 1.3m..not bad

    You are totally right that being next to MRT is a big big plus point as owning a car is getting very expensive especially with current COE level and downtown parking charges are so exorbitant now.
