    Bartley area has a lot of upside potential due to up and coming Bidadari

    I hope they will sell 1400psf also. That means great news for all of us we have already bought BR at lower PSF.

    if 1400psf is before discount then the nett price will be around BR.

    Unlikely to be lower, esp when it is a newer launch and even though both are near each other, PP location relatively better

    Yup... no more incentive to have baywindows so just give what buyers want. Last time have incentive to have baywindows for developer so will never give buyers what they want... Lol...

    It is bigger than most new condos. Can put normal bed without need to customise bed, except for one.

    Maybe he refering to the bomb shelter.. the showroom did illustrated a pull down bed that look smaller than typically bed....

    i have been thinking about this,
    usually new "town central" sure is close to mrt station, this mean either at Bartley mrt or Woodleigh mrt...
    now in north east line mrt... serangoon got Nex, potong pasir will have new shopping centre, Woodleigh mrt is between this 2, i guess can't be Woodleigh another shopping centre?
    Then, again Bartley mrt is also only 1 station from serangoon circle line...

    er my limited brain power cannot think liao... who can guess more correctly where is Bidadari "central" going to be? any insider info?

    I would think Bidadari "central" is more towards Woodleigh as there is a big empty land. According to the earlier newspaper report, it will be served by both Woodleigh MRT and Bartley MRT.

    Actually what I like about bidadari is the vast potential it has. At PP, much of it has been built up, surrounded by buildings, etc. Not much can be done to create a green space.

    Bartley/Woodleigh area is untouched. From a planner pov, the potential is greater than PP.

    I agreed.

    When I bought BR it is mainly because next to MRT and sleepy area. Lack of amenities was never an issue. Then later it was announced future development of Bidadari. It is like a bonus. Near and yet not right in the middle of it.

    Look at the area for new development at Bidadari. Hope the town planner will do a good job.



    That is why I ask people to buy landed near this area.

    Thanks for the info.

    It was reported that further details of Bidadari will be announced end of 2012. But till now still no news yet?
