no view for all these stacks. 2, 7 and 11...as its low flr....
Stack 2 and 7 will have some veh noise as car coming in and out of BR...on Lor How Sun road.
Stack 7 face the gate and guard room
Stack 11 ...maybe the better choice...

it all depends ....for investment...for own stay...ur budget...unit number etc etc...

Can anyone confirm where the substation will be? And also if the flooring is homogeneous tiles and not marble?

Can't confirm te substation now.. Maybe go back show flat to confirm.
Regarding the tiles, there're 2 schemes to choose from. One cream, the other dark. For living room, marble comes in one of the two schemes.
