About 1.2 km walk... I think yes if you have the time, energy and ability to withstand the heat and sweat.

Don't think I will be able to take it. Esp if it is almost daily..

Guess I'll have to rule this out..

    Hi guys,

i m gg to complete my purchase of a unit in the infitini soon.
just to check with you guys, if hacking of partitions to be done (joining
master bedroom with another room/ making it larger), i would
need to get approval from management office?

also, will the contractors or IDs be able to settle all the paperwork needed
    for the approval?

    thanks!!

If I'm not wrong, your contractor can submit a copy of the quotation which stated the work to be done (you can hid the price) & the construction drawing of the work to be done, and you just have to attach it to your renovation permit form & you submit to your mgmt office.
Any query, your mgmt office will contact you.
And if your mgmt office approved your permit, meaning is approved and you don't have to talk so much.. just proceed with the renovation.

There is a piece of big empty land between Botannia and Infiniti. Anyone know what URA have in mind for this piece of land?

Currently looking at a unit in Infiniti which is over looking this greenery but if any building starts to come up, then it might be really cramp.

that plot of land is zone for residential development. As to when they will build we wont know. BUT, if something is build there it should potentially create some vibe to that area and help boost the price of infinity because the land will be 99LH as oppose to 999/FH.

as long as you are not paying too much premium for greenery view then it should be fine. The other attraction to that area is the coming launch of Oxley commercial cum residential site at Hong Leong Garden shopping mall. All in all, properties in that area should gain from the JLD development.

That's something to seriously think about. Up in prices is an attractive thought but having to endure a few years of construction view...
