    Hi everyone

I am new to this forum and first time buyer for private house.

I am looking for a 2 or 3 bedrooms unit in either Carabelle or Infinity. Me and my wife quite like both, but it seems Carabelle is the one to go for. Is there any agent in here specialises in both projects? Care to share the contacts?

This is good news, can't wait to get a peek at Home Sweet Home. After two years of waiting, it's finally here. When I was outside the main gate last week, could see touch up works going on and some agents trying to sell units there...

Try to sleep on the street for just a short few more months, you will not regret it.

I think he is trying to say that prices will continue to slide, and if you can afford to wait, you may snatch a better deal a few more months later.

In fact, it will be selling below the price of HDB flat.
Eventually, it will be given away for free.

lol the guards now are actually part of the construction team. lol yah.. according to him, they will be gone by end november so i guess that means the work will be done by than.

Anyone seen any water in the pool? According to the guard, the water is in. Usually if water is running, top should be around the corner.

Seems reasonable that the developer will issue keys before CNY however, how many can complete inspectation / rectification of defects etc would vary i guess.

    Relax lah!
    He is just joking.
Market will not be so inefficient until D5 FH costs less than D16 99LH or even HDB flat.

The price for this project has not realy participated in the boom and my understanding is that it is still going for 600+ psf in recent months

For a FH project, it is dirt cheap and pls be decent and don't ask for less.

Hi St, that's great news indeed. If we can collect keys by early Dec, moving before CNY may just happen.

    Default Key collection!

Got the fax from my lawyer. Once we pay up the two cheques, we can make an appointment on the website to go collect keys!
Most likely it should be mid next week

    Can't wait!

What the letter said was that once the cheque payments have been cleared, the online system will be made available to us, and we can then just go into the system and book a slot to collect the key.

The collection will be done at infiniti function room itself.

Oops, I thought most of you would have gotten the fax. :P Guess I'll get my keys earlier?

There are two cheques I had to send, I mailed them to my lawyer today. One is for 6 months worth of maintenance fees (came up to about $1.8k for my 1259 sqft) and the other is for surveying fees (the contractor certifying the project and units are done), which is about $180.

It takes 3 working days for them to clear the cheques (and they don't work weekends) but I am hoping I can log-in to the system online by Mon or Tues to make the appointment.

Here's the link, and you'll get ur ID and pw in the same letter.

Which unit are you in, mine is the last block 39h. Just received letter from lawyer, requesting 5% payment for the carpark only. My rental lease is due soon, and hoping to collect keys soon.
