    Heard it will affect the eastern region, not sure how true is this....

    Singapore so small, can't really escape should any unfortunate happens. On the bright side, the 3rd link is in the East... And with the pretronas complex coming up, probably there is good reason to get the 3rd link up quickly

    Studying the map closely; the new oil refinery is very very far away from Singapore island and facing more towards Changi than Pasir Ris.

    58% sold or 250/429 units sold. Look up URA website, it has April sales figure already.

    Thats already 71% sold, July month? and the period Aug to Oct will be expecting to move faster I think, although competition is still there.

    July and August are normally the HOTTEST months for property market in terms of sales volume With STI chiong above 3045 ... panic buying will come back in property market

    Not too sure what war relic was it but some residents of Ferraria Park were told to stay indoors by the police and bomb disposal van could be seen.

    I heard if the units are not fully sold when TOP, the developer will be penalize. So if it is not fully sold, they will not try to complete the construction earlier. Is that true?

    In delaying completion there are other cost such as maintaining the construction site and lowering productivity, also delay in cash-flow through progressive payment, inflation (material and labour cost) etc.....

    I got a compact one..but i got the ground floor so with patio, it is still 1241 sqft. might need to think of creative way how to make use of the space outside
