Ripple should have more demand for rental given the price similarities but parc rosewood has mrt wildcard.

That is from "415K " ...... usually it will be the unit with worse view, lowest floor.. maybe only 'few' unit available with this price.

Prepare to pay about 450K for a unit with a decent view

398k for PRW was also not for every 1bedders bro. I used prices of lowest point for both.

For those thinking of ripple, too late now :P

Both are different project with their pro and con and
There are many people happy with their purchase of prw . Why try to make them ??

Of course those head line like ' starting from 3xx or 4xx " are all gimmick .

Yea, but PRW had many 4xxk 1 bedders and prices maintained quite steadily throughout

Parc Rosewood is almost sold out!! Not likely for price crash since 1)most of owners took small loans given the small unit size and prices. 2) Units were sold after the Dec2011 cooling measures which means owners are mostly long-term investors who have considered their holding power and not short-term speculators.

Hopefully, tenants will show up once the project is completed. Cheers!!

I can only think of 2 reasons why will anyone wanna buy prw, u really love this area, or it's just the cheapest condo around today, in terms of quantum. Anyways 2 bedders are fully sold 1-2 months ago.
